Gestern war ja eine besondere Nacht, die Silvesternacht, der Wechsel zwischen den Jahren 2023 und 2024.
Was will, soll bei dir anders werden?
Die Silvesternacht ist meistens ziemlich laut und feierfröhlich.
Und doch lädt sie uns auch ein, in der Stille für uns nachzudenken: Was will ich im alten Jahr lassen – was will ich beibehalten und ausbauen, wachsen lassen?
Worauf freue ich mich?
Habe ich Angst vor irgendetwas, das mit ziemlicher Sicherheit vor mir liegt?
Was mache ich dagegen?
Was kann mich stärken und ermutigen?
Was wünsche ich mir?
Womit will ich neu beginnen?
Bis 6. Jänner dauern sie noch, die Rauch – Nächte.
Jeden Abend passt es, zu räuchern und sich mit diesen Fragen zu beschäftigen.
Ihr könnt euch auch ein Tagebuch besorgen und jeden Abend 5 Minuten (oder länger, wenn ihr wollt) hineinschreiben.
Dann werdet ihr merken, wie sich euer Leben allmählich verändert. Zum Besseren hin. (Gleich, wie gut es jetzt vielleicht schon ist)
